- RMS Sustainment The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the Air Force?s intent to award a sole source GSA delivery order modification for the sustainment effort in support of the Requirements Management System (RMS), D200.A and D200.N. The contractor will maintain and sustain the Secondary Item Requirement System (D200.A) and Central Secondary Item Stratification (D200.N) subsystems; train Government personnel; and transfer documentation, source code and tools required to maintain and modify the RMS D200.A and D200.N subsystems. The Government plans on awarding a sole source delivery order modification to TRW Inc. 1900 Founders Drive, Kettering Ohio 45420 to continue the sustainment efforts described above. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for either the effort and associated costs to respond or for the information provided. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Ombudsman role is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality if desired.
