Description: NA Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full line of Anesthesia Epidural and Spinal Trays. The vendor must provide the product line and customer support in the form of a sales representative for each MTF with TIRCARE Region 11. They must provide government pricing and provide clinical support, utilization reports, eucation programs, return goods policy and volume discounts. They must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and c ompetitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: Variety in Tray components, i.e., able to customize to Regional specifications. Components need to be latex-free and work with needle-free systems. If your company currently holds a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) for Anesthesia Epidural and Spinal Trays, your company is eligible to participate in the sandardization process.
