Description: NA Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full line of exam table paper goods. The vendor must provide the product line and customer support in the form of a sales representative for each MTF wi th TRICARE Region 11. They must provide government pricing and provide clinical support, utilization reports, return goods policy and volume discounts. They must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference . Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: components and accessories of the exam table pepers are latex free, varied widths and lengths, available in different colors and designs and recyclable and/or envi ronmentally friendly to discard. If your company currently holds a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) for exam table paper, your company is eligible to paarticipate in the standardization process.
