Description

NA The Government intends to issue a solicitation/award for HOTEL LODGING SERVICES IN FT. CAMPBELL, KY AREA as follows: Item 0001: Quantity: 1 Room. Duration: 7/22/02 through 7/26/02; Item 0002: Quantity: 1 Room. Duration: 7/19/02 through 7/26/02; I tem 0003: Quantity: 4 Rooms (1 Smoking/1st Floor or Elevator Accessible). Duration: 6/1/02 through 9/15/02; Item 0004: Quantity: 7 Rooms(2 Smoking). Duration: 6/15/02 through 9/15/02; Item 0005: Quantity: 1 Room. Duration: 8/21/02 through 8/30/02 (t entative); Item 0006: Quantity: 1 Room (1st Floor or Elevator Accessible) . Duration: 6/3/02 through 6/7/02. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additi onal information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Instructions to Offers-Commercial and FAR 52.212-4, Co ntract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply. Award will be based on the total cost to the Government which includes, room rate, extended stay facilities such as in-room cooking facilities (microwaves/refrig/coffee pots) on-site laundry/physical fit ness facilities. Lodging must be within a 15 minute commute to Ft. Campbell, KY. The Government reserves the right to shift lodging dates or cancel completely NLT 5 days prior to 01 Jun 02. Payment shall be based on occupancy only. Offerors need to inclu de a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with this offer (registered in the Central Contractor Registration, DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax ID number). The statement at 52.212-5, C ontract Terms and conditions required to implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are due at 1630 hrs. CST 01 Mar 2002.
