Description

This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Systems Command to issue a modification (P00005) to sole source contract N00019-00-C-0424. Under this modification Israel Military Industries (IMI) shall provide support for the Government's Electromagnetic Vulnerability (EMV) testing of the Improved Tactical Air Launched Decoy (ITALD) at Dahlgren, Virginia. IMI is the sole manufacturer of ITALD, and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
