Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation NUMBER N68836-02-T-0096 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS and DEFENSE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. NAICS: 336412. ITEM 0002 - Windscreen Resolver Part #SSH-16-H1 Quantity-40 each End-use application: Optical Stabilizer part numbers 260258 and 260580 (For F18 Knight Hawk) The contractor to provide FOB Destination. Deliver to: Naval Aviation Depot, NAS Jacksonville, Florida. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items (OCT 1995) with its offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial (OCT 1995)is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition and resulting contract. The resulting contract will be firm, fixed price (FFP).
