Description

DESC: The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Region 3, Philadelphia intends to solicit for HP-AS Resilient Edition licenses and maintenance. The software license requirements consist of the following: Clin 001 - HP-AS App Resilient Edition each CPU QTY (12). Clin 002 - First year Maintenance and system Support QTY (12) Clin 003 - HP-AS Application Server Resilient Edition Media Kit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), GS-03T-02-R-0005. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-03. This procurement is under NAICS 511210. POP begins and delivery is required on 03/01/02. Items shall be shipped to Defense Commissary Agency, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Feb 2002), with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (Dec 2001) is hereby incorporated by reference. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (Dec 2001), is hereby incorporated by reference; paragraphs and subparagraphs (a), (b) (1) (5) (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) (20) apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract. GSAM Clause 552.212-71, Contract Terms and Conditions Applicable to GSA Acquisition of Commercial Items (JUL 2000) is hereby incorporated by reference; clauses, 552.215-70, 552.228-70, 552.229-70, 552.232-70, apply to this solicitation and any resultant contract. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
