Description

A Government lease is expiring for 5,000 usable square feet of climate controlled storage space in Boyers. The Government has a favorable renewal option that may be exercised. However, the government will consider proposals from interested parties with available space in the same area (Boyers, PA). The space must be contiguous on one floor with a loading dock. 24 hour electrical service must be included in the rent. A controlled environment must be maintained (less than 40% relative humidity, less than 70 degrees Fahrenheit). 24 hour on-site security required. 100% continuous emergency electrical power.
