Description

This project consists of constructing Tenant Improvements for the Bureau of Reclamation building located at 230 Collins Road, Boise, Idaho. ATTENTION: THIS PROJECT REPLACES CANCELLED SOLICITATION GS-10P-02-LTC-0006. Tenant Improvements include the installation of interior walls, ceilings, mechanical and electrical systems and related items. The Core and Shell for the new building is being bid under a separate solicitation. The NAICS is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 Million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. No phone requests accepted. Refer to Number GS-10P-02-LTC-0017 when ordering. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and be received before bid documents will be mailed. Requests may be made: (1) via email to Gloria Christensen: gloria.christensen@gsa.gov or (2) by fax to (253) 931-7395. Submit request for copy of solicitation by March 11, 2002. Please be sure to include if you are a Prime, Sub or Plans Room. Project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your bid will exceed $1,000,000 you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan. The response due date is ON OR ABOUT April 3, 2002.
