- This is the first modification of a previously issued pre-solicitation notice. The process for obtaining copies of the Request for Quotation package, including drawings and technical specifications, has changed. Faxed or mailed requests for the Request for Quotation will no longer apply. No hard copies of the Request for Quotation package will be mailed or issued. The Request for Quotation, with specifications and/or drawings will be posted to the websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about February 28, 2002. To receive the quotation package, you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The quotation response date will be established at the time the Request for Quotation is issued.
