Description: Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations required to complete all work necessary to overhaul five (5) blowers for aeration, equalization and back wash tanks in the sewage treatment plant, Bldg 16 at Sagamihara Family Housing Area. All blowers shall be removed from the jobsite and overhauled at the manufacture's factory. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
