Request for Quotations for service contract to support the NAS Pensacola, FL Region's Counter Terrorism Force Protection efforts for the lease of equipment as follows: Item Specifications (6 Month Base Period 04/01/02-09/30/02) 1) Floodlight Set Trailer Mounted, (13 each), 5 KW with Four 1 KW Luminaries. 2) Drum, Barricade w/lights weighted base, (50 each) Orange and white reflective color. (6 Month Option Period 10/01/02-03/31/03) 3) Floodlight Set Trailer Mounted, (13 each), 5 KW with Four 1 KW Luminaries. 4) Drum, Barricade w/lights weighted base, (50 each) Orange and white reflective color. Additional specifications to contract to include: a) One time scheduled operation training of equipment for government personnel involved. b) Periodic routine maintenance of all equipment. (Oil, oil filter, air filter, general tune-ups etc..) c) Replacement units in the event of equipment breakdown. d) One hour response time for all repairs and fueling services, due to the sensitive nature of our requirements. Equipment delivery will be coordinated by the Contracting Officer, Thomas A. Parenteau at 452-4616 x 152. Floodlight unit delivery locations for the NASP Region are as follows: a) NAS Saufley Field Main Gate 1 each b) NTTC Corry Station 3 each i) Corry Housing/Hwy 98 entrance ii) Main Gate iii) Back Gate c) Exchange/Mall 2 each d) NAS Pensacola 7 each i) Main Gate (4) ii) West Gate (2) iii) Range/Fuel Farm Road (1) Award Procedures follow: Low Price.
