Description: The U. S. Immigration and Naturalization Service intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract using commercial item procedures to Quik Park, 1001 G. Street, NW, Suite 700W, Washington, DC 20001 for 215 regular parking spaces at 4th and K. St., NW, Washington, DC. Quik Park is the owner of the parking lot. Performance of this contract begins 365 days from the date of contract award which is anticipated to be on or about April 1, 2002 ending March 31, 2003 with 4 one-year option renewal periods. This notification is for information purposes only.
