Description

NA PRON: AX2F5D62AX, NSN: 3040-01-307-8966, PN: 7-311527035-43, Quantity 148 each min/444 each max applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. This requirement will be a three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity buy. The approved sources are The Purdy Corporation (15152) and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The required delivery when First Article Testing is applicable is 148 each 360 Days After Contract Award. The First Article Test Report is due 228 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when First Article is not applicable is 148 each 240 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when alternate II is recommended is 148 each 300 Days After Contract Award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated abo ve. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.re dstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
