Description

NA PRON: AX2F0144AX, NSN: 6210-01-336-5607, PN: 9905-UH60-002-2, Quantity: 1993 each, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 1993 each 180 Dayds After Contract Award. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. This acquisition contains data which is c onsidered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval opf the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. No telephone request will be accepted.
