- NA Requirements Type Contract to provide noon meals for applicants processing through the Houston,TX MEPS during the base period of 01 April 2002 through 31 March 2003 with four one year option periods. The estimated yearly quantity is 18,000 applicants. Th ere is a an average of 68 applicants daily with a maximum of 120 applicants daily. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Telephone requests for copies of the solicitation will not be accepted. Solicitation will not be f orwarded via FAX or email.
