Description

NA Principal Features: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to do the work in the base bid, which includes the completion of the installation of the fire sprinkler system in Bldg. 5678 and to replace the heating, ventilation and air conditioning equip ment (HVAC) equipment for Bldg. 5678, as shown on the drawings and specified, complete, and ready to use. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to do the work in the prepriced option which includes the completion of the installa tion of the fire sprinkler system in Bldg. 5676 and the replacement of the HVAC equipment in Bldg. 5676, if the prepriced option is accepted and awarded. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contr actor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the specifications and drawings and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is March 15, 2002.
