- PR No:YPG02007001409: This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be on an unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition procedures for a Salinity Cell, Indicating (With Valve), P/N 103259/104434 (W/15 Ft Cable & Valve), NSN 6695-01-157-1281. The estimated annual quantity for the base year and four option years is 223 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, 173 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive and award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
