- Description
- This acquisition is a 51% Buy Indian set-aside in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47. Construction of approximately 1173/LM of 250mm sewer main, 343/LM of 200mm sewer main removal, 840/LM of 250mm sewer main removal, new manholes, renovation of existing manholes, individual sewer services, connection to existing sewer system, and necessary appurtenances for a complete and operational system, located on the Coeur d'Alene Indian Reservation, Plummer, Benewah County, Idaho. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 90 days. The estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES. Indian Preference in hiring, suppliers and subcontractors is required, including meeting Coeur d'Alene Tribal Employment Ordinances.
