Description
Synopsis: This solicitation is for a requirements type contract for a basic year BEQ (best estimated quantity) of 6000 each non-rechargeable batteries (with option BEQs of 6000 ea year for 4 years of options), applicable to multi aircraft, NSN 6135-01-421-1052CX, P/N LSH14BA or 500233-000. Delivery: as stated in RFQ. This buy will be solicited on FedBizOpps with the approximate response date of 2 Apr 2002. The buyer is Dina Inhulsen, WR-ALC/LYKB, 380 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. Telephone 478.926.7054, FAX 478.926.7530,e-mail Dina.Inhulsen@robins.af.mil. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage code Number, Size of Business pursuant to NAICS 335912, 1000 employees. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
