Description

Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract, Maintenance and Repair of Roofs, Various Buildings, Various Locations, Okinawa, Japan. The contract entails a Base year plus 4 Option years. The work includes but not limited to: removal and replacement of existing roof system, coating system, edge flashing, counter flashing, expansion joint cover, lead flashing of pipe, roof gutter and drain, TV antenna support, concrete edge curb, mortar topping, roof sheathing panel, wood fascia, nailer, touch-up paint; removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials and other related and incidental work necessary to complete this project in accordance with the specifications and drawings. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
