Description

NA The U.S. Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire, on other than a full and open competitive basis, post production engineering support services, along with the associated hardware and documentation for Longbow Fire Control Radar (FCR) and Radar Fr equency Interferometer (RFI). The effort will be to transition a percentage of the FCR/RFI system components from fully Contractor Logistic Support Original Equipment Manufacture depot repair to a public depot that has been recognized as the center of ind ustry excellence for work in this area of expertise. The Government intends to utilize a Firm Fixed Price contract. This is a sole source requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company (LBLLC), 578 South Semoran Blvd., Orlando, FL. Only LBLLC currentl y possesses the technical expertise and technical data packages necessary to execute this effort. Under the Authority and Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), there is only one source that is able to satisfy agen cy requirements. Solicitation DAAH23-02-R-0411 will be utilized for this effort. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All capable sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this Agency.
