Description

NA The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Circuit Card Assembly, which are part of end item AN/TPQ-37. The above item must be able to fully and successfully integrate into the end item. The National Stock Number to be acquired is NS N: 5998-01-219-9586, qty 8. Delivery will be made to New Cumberland, Pennsylvania within 180 days of Contract Award. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical drawings to enable competition for this item. Raytheon Systems Corp. i s the only source that possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government?s requirement. The sole source acquisition with Raytheon Systems Corp. is authorized IAW FAR6.302- (a) (1), Only One Responsible Source or a Limited Number of Sources. The U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the Business Opportunity Page (IBOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil).
