Description: NA THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SUPPLY ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal s are due by 27 Feb 02, 10:00 a.m. A written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial supply items. Provisions and clauses in FAR Part 12 are in effect. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business se t-aside. NAICS 421690. SIC 5734. QUOTES are requested for DABT51-02-T-0037. The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, TX 79916 has a requirement for these commercial supplies for the PAC ?3 Testing with Test Media that is ongoing at Fort Bliss, Texas. All quotes need to be faxed to (91 5) 568-0836, ATTN: Mardy Jones. Ms. Jones may be reached at (915) 568-3704 for questions regarding this request. The items included on this RFQ are: 0001 Video Tapes, H18, SONY P/N P6-120HMP or equal, 12,000 each 0002 Media, CASTLEWOOD, ORB 2.2GB 1PK-PC P/N ORBIT2P01 or equal, 400 each 0003 Video Cleaning Tapes, H18, used on SONY P6-120HMP, SONY P/N V825CLD or equal, 200 each. If quoting on an ?OR EQUAL? contractor must submit descriptive literature. Delivery of these items is desired for 1 March 2002, but required for 4 March 2002. All supplies will be F.O.B. Destination.
