Description

DESCRIPTION: General Services Administration is Interested in Leasing Approximately 1,150 Rentable Square Feet of Office Space Which Will Provide 900 - 1000 Usable Square Feet for the Federal Supply Service. The space referenced is for office use specific with adequate employee parking available. No Vehicle Stalls or Bays are Included in the Requirements. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: None LOCATION: The space must be located within the city limits of Farmington, NM, preferably close to downtown or in the downtown area. TERM: The space is required for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years occupancy. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than March 5, 2002 and should include the following information: Street address and Building name, if applicable; Square Footage offered; Name, Address, and Phone Number of Individual to be contacted; Evidence of Authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS; In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
