Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition purchase order to U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention, Rockville, Maryland, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed vendor will provide a national database for timely development of an Internet-accessible database for health care agencies to report and track medication errors to establish pharmaceutical, risk assessment monitoring standards for collect, report, track and evaluate medication errors in a standardized format. This is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses. See Number Note 22.*****
