Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q0141 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. This acquisition is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. Interested small business concerns should indicate interest to the Contracting Office, in writing, as early as possible, buy no later than 10 calendar days of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235210. The Small Business size standard is $11,500,000.00. This procurement consists of providing all plans, labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and performing all operations to provide and install spray-applied Polyurethane Foam Insulation to underside of metal roof deck and interior wall area in Building 2151at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. There will be a site visit conducted on 1 March 2002 at 1000 at building 2151, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. Contact SSgt Williams at (919) 722-5605 to coordinate site visit and access to the base. The following provisions apply to this acquisition. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered.
