Description: Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for locomotive buffer car to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA. The proposed solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS 488210 size standard of $5 million. This solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400) 4 March, 2002. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
