- The Precision Strike System Program Office (WMG), Contracting Directorate (WMGK), Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, Florida is contemplating a sole source solicitation to Raytheon Systems Company, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson AZ 85734-1337 to establish an EGBU-15 components repair capability to support approximately 1,300 tactical Enhanced GBU-15 weapon systems. Previous synopsis was posted on 12 February 2002. For further information on this synopsis concerning technical questions, contact Mr Rick Holder, 850-882-9514 ext. 2103. Contractual questions should be addressed to Ms Ouida Winters, Contracting Officer, 850-882-9514 ext. 2007. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Matters of a routine or administrative nature concerning this acquisition should not be addressed to the Ombudsman but rather to the Contracting Officer or the Program manager previously identified.
