Description

NA 17. PRON: 4629R40746AX, NSN: 1680-01-478-7102, PN: 7-311330001, Quantity 24 each applicable to AH-64 Longbow. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Mesa, AZ. This is a restricted requirement to, The Purdy Corporation (15152) and McDonnell Dou glas Helicopter (8V613). The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source (s). The required delivery is 12 each 405 Days After Contract Award, 12 each the following month. First Article Test Report is due 258 Days After Contract Award. When First Article is not applicable the required delivery 12 each 270 Days After Contract Award and 12 each the following month. When Alternate II clause is recom mended the delivery is 12 each 338 Days After Contract Award, 12 each the following month. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate tech nical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
