Description

NA PRON: AX2C9003AX, NSN: 5999-01-237-0048, PN: 13078891, Quantity 141 each applicable to TADS/PNVS unit. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Orlando, FL. This is a restricted requirement to Elecro-Optics Industries, Ltd. (SC067). The Governm ent physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). The required delivery is 71 each 300 Days After Contract Award, 70 each the following month. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firm s are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EX PORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
