Description
NA The Point of Contact for this solicitation is Bonnie Lackey at bonilie.l.lackey@usace.army.mil Design/Build Air Fire Depot Coordination Center, Missoula, MT. This proposed procurement is Unrestricted. NAICS 233320/SIC Code 1542, size standard $27,500,000.00. Estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Completion is appr oximately 150 Days. Design and construct a complete and usable, approximately 7400 square foot, wood frame, two-story coordination center building with office spaces, a break room, a classroom, a lobby, 10-foot ceilings and a raised-floor system to support electrical/communications cabling needs. Provide access sidewalks and other associated site work and modify existing site utilities to accommodate the new building. Demolish existing foundation walls, footings, basement slab and parking area for a house to be removed by others prior to any work on this contract. All work tasks shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications package. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Large busines s firms will be required to submit a subcontracting plan at the time for receipt of proposals with goals for small, hubzone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contracto r Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract. This solici tation will be issued as a Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Contracting Web page in electronic format only. No disks will be mailed. Firms must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.nws.us ace.army.mil/ct/ in order to receive notification about amendments. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 12 March 2002.
