- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District is soliciting offers under RFQ No. DACW61-02-T-0031 for twenty (20) each of typical crane mats and ten (10) each of typical hoe mats in accordance with the specifications and drawings incorporated in the solicitation. The desired delivery for this requirement is within 60 calendar days from the date of award. The required delivery is 90 calendar days from the date of award. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Pedricktown, New Jersey. Award will be made as a whole to one bidder. RFQ documents will be furnished only on the website; hard copies will not be available. Offerors may view and/or download the RFQ and any possible amendments from the Internet at the following address: at https://ebs.nap.usace.a rmy.mil on or after the issue date of the RFQ. NO WRITTEN OR FAX REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Contractors are responsible for ensuring that information in their user profile provided at our website is complete and correct. Failure to do so may cause a del ay in receiving notice of the RFQ or any amendments. Prospective contractors are responsible for submitting paper copies of their offers. The RFQ will be available on the website on or about February 22, 2002; Closing date for receipt of offers is Marc h 7, 2002. Contractor must be CCR registered to be eligible for award. Prospective contractors can call 1-888-227-2423 or access http://www.ccr.gov for information on how to get registered. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisit ion: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procureme nt is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 32199 with a small business standard of 500 employees.
