Description

DESC: The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to buy 160 Security Certified Program (SCP) technical Information Technology (IT) Training Coupons from New Horizons Computer Learning Center, a SCP authorized training partner located at 4960 Corporate Drive, Suite 150, Huntsville, AL 35805. The training coupons include Network Security Fundamentals (5 days, 9 students, 45 coupons); Network Defense and countermeasures (5 days, 9 students, 45 coupons); PKI and Biometrics Concepts and Planning (5 days, 7 students, 35 coupons); and PKI and Biometrics Implementation (5 days, 7 students, 35 coupons). Students shall receive official SCP curriculum from certified SCP instructors, Hands-on Training and Free Resit. The coupons have no expiration date, any MSIC employee may utilize the coupons and they may be used for any Microsoft, CISCO, or Network Security courses. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. All offerors interested in submitting an offer must fax their proposals with details to MSIC, Donna Tignor at FAX 256-313-7963 NLT March 05, 2002. Only FAXed proposals will be accepted. Direct all contractual questions to Donna Tignor at 256-313-7625. IT IS MSIC'S INTENT TO AWARD THIS ACTION IN HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA TO AVOID TRAVEL COSTS. IF OTHER THAN A LOCAL FACILITY IS PROPOSED TRAVEL COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO ARRIVE AT THE TOTAL COST FOR THE QUOTE.
