Description

5905-01-383-4166, Thermal Resistor. Sources are Rosemount Aerospace (60678) and McDonnell Douglas (76301) 123DK3. Please note: Pursuant to FAR 13.105(b), when acquiring commercial items, a combined synopsis and solicitation may be used, and a separate solicitation is not required. Therefore, this synopsis serves as the solicitation, also. The procurement is for 241 each (with a 50% option for a quantity up to 362 each) to be shipped to Memphis, TN 38118-6155. Military packaging (MIL-STD-2073-1D, 15 DEC 1999) is requested, as items will be shipped to a DLA stock location. The contractor's best delivery is requested, as backorders exist. The small business size is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings ARE NOT available. As stated above, the proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. Terms requested are FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin (please identify place of inspection). As items have been identified as commercial, FAR 12 is being implemented.
