Description
NSN:2920-00-121-2067, Coil, Ignition; Federal-Mogul Aviation Products (0AFL4)P/N 305042-1, Sundstrand Corp. (55820) P/N 102744-1, Unison Industries, Inc. P/N 10-378345-1. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with pricing based on quantity ranges and shipment to multiple stock locations. A delivery schedule of 190 days will be desired for 35 each, with an additional 30 days added for each increase of 18 each or less. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. Copies of this solicitation are available at the office address above or by faxing 614-692-2262 and will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total number of extensions shall not exceed five. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Federal-Mogul Aviation Products (0AFL4), Sundstrand Corp. (55820), Unison Industries, Inc. (59501). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited: From 1 to 34, 35 to 69, 70 to 140, 141 to 210. Note 12, Trade Agreements Act applies.
