Description

Construction of Individual Water Supply and Waste Disposal systems for homesites onthe Fort Totten Indian Reservation, Fort Totten, ND. this is a requirements contract. Duration of contract will be, base year from date of award through 12/31/2002, with one option year. IFB 241-02-BI-3493 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable $25.00 charge for solicitation documents. Project magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. the proposes acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-Owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
