Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FQ 823C20370100 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-03. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The associated NAICS code is 42234 with a 6.5 million size standard. Contractors shall submit a lump sum proposal for supplies. The contractor shall furnish all leather, steel toe Bates Boots, Stock #925 size 8W-5 each, size 8 1/2M-10 each, size 8 1/2W-10 each, size 9W-10 each; 9 1/2M-10 each, size 9 1/2W-5 each, size 10M-5 each, size 10W-10 each, size 10 1/2M-10 each, size 10 1/2W-10 each, size 11M-10 each, size 11 1/2W-10 each, size 12M-10 each, size 12W-10 each, size 12 1/2M-5 each, size 12 1/2W 5 each; Stock #725 size 8 1/2M-3 each; Stock #918 size 9M-1 each, a total of 139 pairs of boots.
