Description

NA NSN:5640-01-095-7495,PN:70500-03050-050, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-T-0325, Quantity:300 each, applicable to the UH-60 Airframe F.O.B. origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. The closing date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated in Block 10. The First Article Test (FAT) Report is due 108 days after contract award (DACA) and the production Quantity due 150 days DACA . Required delivery without FAT is 120 days DACA. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This informati on cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
