PRON: AX246004, NSN: 1560-01-236-3078; Quantity: 45 each, Part Number: 70308-03613, NOUN: Module, Accessory,Rh, applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk Airframe. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (Vendo r Code 78286). Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Texarkansa, TX and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery 480 days after contract award (DACA). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or tec hnical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for sol icitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401 -2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency.
