NA 17. PRON: AX1f0500AX, NSN: 5640-01-100-3549, PN: 70500-02067-045, Quantity: 285 each, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 143 each 90 (DACA) Days After Contract Award and 142 each per month thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a bid or a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This item is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the d ate of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering tooling or manufactur ing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitat ion will not be honored.
