Description
The OCC is seeking qualified vendors that have the ability to provide and experience in providing complex conference call services for telephone-based seminars. One telephone seminar may include one or more conference calls. The non-OCC participants, which make up the majority of the call participants, pay a registration fee directly to the contractor to participate in a call. A VENDOR'S CONFERNCE CALL FEATURES MUST INCLUDE the ability to: connect to the call participants' existing equipment and software; connect at least 500 lines on one call; accommodate at least four speakers in different locations; mute all participant lines and selectively open them for Question and Answer sessions; conduct electronic polling; and record the call. A VENDOR'S CONFERENCE CALL SERVICES MUST INCLUDE the following: online and mail-in registration services; collection, processing and confirmation of participant fees (checks, credit cards, etc.), late registration fees and cancellation fees; professionally trained moderator to control the call and to introduce the call, introduce the speakers, explain special feature usage, conduct electronic polls and make customized announcements, etc.; professionally trained staff to handle pre-planning activities for the seminar speakers such as presentation development and speaker orientation; copying and delivery of handouts to each participant location; sending of blast faxes and/or emails; Internet capability for sharing seminar materials between the speakers and participants; delivery of WMA files on CD-ROM; transcription of the call; collection and compilation, electronically, of evaluation forms; management reports covering all aspects of the telephone seminar including, but not limited to, registration lists, bridge reports, participant fee reports and cancellation reports. A VENDOR MUST HAVE at least two years of experience performing all of the above services. NAICS Code is 513330 with 1500 employees. Service Code is D304.
