Description

Request for proposals for the cleaning and elastomeric coating of 46 raceways at the Carson National Fish Hatchery , Carson, Washington. Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to clean and paint 46 raceways with an elastomeric coating. The work for 28 raceways shall be performed from April 24 through May 10, 2002, and the remaining 18 raceways shall be completed from mid- October through December 2002. The estimated cost of this project is between $200,000. - $300,000. A hard copy of the solicitation will be available on or about 03/07/02 with proposals due approximately 3 weeks thereafter. Please check due date on solicitation when it is issued. Please submit your proposals to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Attn: Kathy Haluschak, 911 N.E. 11th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97232. PN: 503-231- 6117. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other factors. Contractor?s past performance shall be evaluated in addition to price and the Government may award to other than the low offeror.
