No telephone request will be accepted. PRON: AX2F0153AX; NSN: 1660-01 -216-1936; Part Number: 70902-01099-045, Qty: 126 each, FOB Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA, 56 each; Texarkana, TX, 70 each. Required delivery 126 each 280 days after contract award. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This item is restricted due to urgency to Texas Mgmt vendor code (0RLV7) and Rotair vendor code (54878). This is an urgent requirement and acq uisition is restricted to prior producers who can most nearly meet the government's requirements. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals, therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WIT HOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recog nize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
