Description

NA DESCRIPTION: The Government proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control ? Orlando, a total quantity of 230 Alternate Laser Code (ALC) Modification Kits in order to complete modification of the Laser Electronic s Unit for the AH-64D Longbow fleet. The goal of this effort is to deliver 230 (ALC) Modifications Kits, Engineering Change Proposal EX 0473, Modification Work Order 1-270-476-55027, in the required timeframe for installation on the Mesa Longbow line. Eac h Modification kit shall consist of the following parts: ALC CCA P/N: 13076940-019, Motherboard P/N: 13076936-009 and Wire Harness Kit P/N: 06. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement DAAH23-99-G-0 013 to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control ? Orlando, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907, under the authority of Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (2), Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only o ne source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is 24 months after receipt of order. There is no technical data package and no solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the contracting officer. See Numbered Note: 22.
