- NA The US Army CECOM plans to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for general construction in mechanical;plumbing and heating; utility/distribution piping work; alarm systems; fire sprinkler systems; electrical services; high voltage electrical systems distribution; concrete mason work; roofing repairs and installation; paving repairs and installation; floor coverings and carpeting installation and repair; demolition work; exterior installation and repairs of Sto or Dryvitt; and landscaping services; an d other general construction work. Requirement for services will be competed among Blanket Purchase Agreement contractors on a rotating basis. The Blanket Purchase Agreements will be written for a five year period. The minimum call will be five hundred dollars and the maximum one hundred thousand. Blanket Purchase calls between twenty five and one hundred thousand will require performance and payment bonds. Davis Bacon wage determination will apply to all calls over two thousand dollars. Contractos mu st be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. The preferred method of payment will be the Government IMPAC credit card. Contractors interested in receiving a Blanket Purchase Agreement must submit in writing their qualifications and r eferences from previous construction projects. Blanket Purchase Agreements will be awarded based on contractors ability to perform and past performance history. Eligibility is limited to contractors within a seventy mile radius of Fort Monmouth, New Jers ey. Issuance of a Blanket Purchase Agreement does not guarantee award of a Blanket Purchase call since all calls are competed.
