- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about March 1, 2002. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NAICS CODE 336611. The National Park Service requires a contractor to repair the park boat, Liberty IV vessel, as outlined below: 1) Dry-dock the vessel; 2) change propellers, remove and replace (NPS supplied); 3) repack port and starboard main tail shaft stuffing boxes, remove all old packing and replace with new ones; 4) repack port and starboard rudder stuffing boxes, remove all old packing and replace with new; 5) replace Zinc anodes on hull, 16-24 pounds units remove old; 6) replace Zinc anodes on port and starboard keel coolers; 7) replace Zinc collars on port and starboard tail shafts, three units on each shaft; 8) open, remove screens on por -- click under Additional Information to view complete announcement text
