Covers satchel tool bags fabricated from cotton and nylon duck cloth. The bag shall be 1 compartment, with a strap fastening closure, cotton webbing handgrip and shoulder strap. All seams and stitching shall be with 8 to 10 stitches per inch. ITEM MARKING ITEM MARKING: Each item shall be marked with the manufacturer's name or identifying symbol. The marking on the product shall be as specified: Leather product marking shall be stamped (indented) in such a manner that it will remain clear and legible throughout the life of the item. Cloth product marking shall be marked with a weather resistant fast drying ink in such a manner that it will remain clear and legible throughout the life of the item. Metal or plastic product shall be marked by a metal or plastic identification plate riveted or permantly attached to the product, or marked by other means, as long as the marking is durable and legible throughout the life of the product. PACKAGING Packaging in accordance with standard commercial practice. MARKING All unit, intermediate, transport packages and unit loads shall be marked for delivery to civilian activities in accordance with the FED-STD-123G, dated June 6, 1997, or marked for delivery to military activities in accordance with MIL-STD-129N, dated 15, May, 1997, as applicable.
