Description: Project consists of reconstruction of bathhouse at Horsehead Lake Recreation Area, Pleasant Hill Ranger District, Ozark-St. Francis National Forests. Project is located in Johnson County, Arkansas. The estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contract period is 120 days; anticipated start work date is April 1, 2002. The successful offeror will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, prior to beginning work. This is open to large and small business concerns.
