Synopsis: Depot level repair of 40MM/105MM Synchro & Resolver Assemblies used on the AC-130H Gunship. SOL F09603-02-Q-40951 DUE 15 Apr 2002 Item 0001 NSN 5990-01-310-4909GG Synchro P/N SKH-38-C-1; Item 0002 NSN 5990-01-310-0738GG Resolver P/N SMH-38-F-1; Item 0003 NSN 5990-01-310-4908 P/N SMH-38-G-1 Resolver; Item 0004 NSN 5990-01-310-0737 Synchro P/N SKH-38-D-1. Basic award 1 each items 0001, 0003, 0004; option 1-10 each NSN. Destn: To be determined 31098-1640. Delivery: 45 days after receipt of reparable or order. Telefax 478-926-5407. The approximate issue date will be 15 Mar 2002/response date will be 15 Apr. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Litton Systems Inc Poly Scientific Div Blacksburg VA 24060. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquistion. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
